Staff can explore the teachings of mindfulness through yoga postures and various breathing techniques, which each carry their own physical, mental and emotional benefits.
I will also introduce meditation through stillness and the use of mantras, to promote a greater sense of well-being and deep relaxation.
These sessions offer staff to practice yoga postures in a relaxed environment and there will be modifications for all levels, so each individual can work to their own personal level.
